The ISAS "PLAIN Center" stands for the CENTER for PLAnning and INformation Systems.
We provide the following services toward domestic and oversea scientists in order to support world-wide space science
activities.
- DARTS (Data Archives and Transmission System)
We provide various kinds of high level space science data acquired primarily
by Japanese science satellites and spacecrafts.

ISAS analytical server services
We provide scientists in and outside of ISAS with our computing environments to
support space studies using ISAS satellite data.

EDISON (Engineering Database for ISAS Spacecraft Operation Needs)
We provide engineering and house-keeping data of JAXA's scientific
satellites to the engineers and scientists involved.

Space science using super SINET
We connect ISAS and various universities/institutes inside Japan with high speed network seeking for the cutting-edge network technology.

Super computer systems
We maintain super-computers in ISAS and support their users.

DANS (Data Analysis Network System)
We support the network hardware and software systems dedicated to process various satellite data in ISAS.

Computer network systems
We manage generic computer network systems in ISAS.
